DOUGLAS E. DORMER, JR., EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Doug Dormer has over 19 years of experience in all phases of the natural gas business. Dormer has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Dormer began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick in their Houston energy practice.
From 1994 to 1996 Dormer was a consultant to Cornerstone Natural Gas, Inc.
From 1996 to 2000, Dormer was with Energy Transfer Company and responsible for acquiring, financing and managing several of its natural gas midstream and oilfield service investments.
Dormer formed Allied Partners, LLC in late 2000 to pursue acquisitions and consulting projects in the energy industry.
In 2001, Dormer co-founded Cardinal Gas Services, LLC, a contract gas treating company.
In 2003, Dormer was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Regency Gas Services, LLC, which owned assets consisting of approximately 3,000 miles of pipelines, 115,000 horsepower of compression and five gas processing plants with aggregate processing capacity of 330 million cubic feet of gas at the time of its sale to Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst Incorporated.
Most recently, Dormer was a co-founder of Cardinal Gas Solutions LP, a contract gas treating company that was later sold to Crosstex Energy Services, L.P. |
