G. MARC LYONS, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Marc Lyons has over 30 years of project development and management experience in the natural gas industry. He began his career with Texaco, Inc. in 1973 in New Orleans, Louisiana. During 1978 to 1985, Lyons held several gas supply positions with Southern Natural Gas Company in New Orleans and Houston. Lyons moved to Dallas in 1985 to join Enserch Corporation where he served as Vice President of Marketing for various subsidiaries until 1996.

From 1996 to 2001, Lyons was with Energy Transfer Company where he represented Energy Transfer with the formation of Crosstex Energy Services. Lyons served as the inaugural Chairman of the Crosstex Board and later joined Crosstex as Vice President. There he served in the functional areas of project development and commercial operations for gas supply and marketing from 2001 to 2007.

Prior to joining Cardinal Midstream in 2009, Lyons served as Vice President of Business Development for NGTS, L.P., a Dallas-based natural gas marketing company. His business development efforts focused on expanding NGTS to include services beyond marketing as well as evaluating midstream asset acquisitions and development projects.

Lyons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Management from Nicholls State University. He also completed Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business for Management Development in 1992.
